Izix is a smart parking management platform (SaaS) dedicated to office buildings. Our mission is to empower building managers to embrace the challenges of hybrid work and new mobility habits by making parking operations frictionless for them and their users. In doing so, we shape and support the transition towards smarter mobility, better employee experience and better ressource management.
Most of our clients are currently in Belgium, France and Luxembourg and we manage parking access for more than 50 000 active parkers.
We are a PropTech start-up and we invested intensively in product and engineering processes in order to scale. You’ll dive into a good functioning product team with a clear way of working and giving feedback. We keep the good things of a start-up: open, flexible with a lot of space to take initiative and always something interesting that is happening.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for the product roadmap, shaping the upcoming initiatives and fighting for the highest possible product quality.
This includes:
- Understanding the ins & outs of the product, while it is evolving
- Own and prioritise the roadmap, and therefore managing several stakeholders (Sales, Customer success, users and partners)
- Collect user insights with the product team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Helping CSM with complex client requests
- Write - together with the team - product requirement documentation
- Facilitate solution ideation
- Maintain a good relationship between product and engineering, in order to deliver a quality product
- Giving feedback on the prototypes and finished features
- Lead internal product communication and advocacy
- Collaborate with CSM and marketing for external product communication
- Tweak product management processes where needed
- Participate in the hiring processes for upcoming product team members
Requirements
What skills will help you with that:

- Being able to take informed decision and stick with them
- Having worked - for at least 3 years - as a Saas Product manager before, preferably in a startup environment
- Having good written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Knowing qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Having done workshop facilitation in the past
- Knowing what drives a product’s success
