As Junior UX/UI designer, you will collaborate with business analysts to improve and support current products and create responsive designs for desktop and mobile. In addition, you should manage the design system within the brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with the other designers, product and development teams to ensure that the design meets the visual and engagement goals as defined in the requirements across products.
• Generate clean and simple designs that fulfill project goals.
• Applies learnings and best practices relater to user experience practices, responsive designs, and accessibility.
• Design task flows and user interfaces that are simple, intuitive, and elegant.
• Ability to read and understand information architecture and think logically over the user experience.
• Maintain, promote, and improve visual components and design system.
• Participate on creation, grow, and maintenance of the company UX/UI and branding strategy.

Qualifications

• Advance student or recent graduate of User Experience / User Interface Design career.
• One year of experience working on UX/UI of mobile and desktop projects.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in digital platforms, color management, accessibility, digital design trends, and color scheme and typography use.
• Experience working with software such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
