Deadline to Apply: Friday, March 3rd, 2023

About Our Program

At Landor & Fitch, we connect students with the most creative people in the world to build brands like Apple, Coca-Cola, Lego and Nike, to name a few. You are intimately connected with design experts who become mentors, and work together day in and day out to develop your existing skills and push you beyond, fully exploring the boundaries of your career and your future. You can expect to become part of a team where you have a real opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work over the course of a semester. Interns will be paid at a rate of $20/hour.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate, strategic, organized and driven students looking for a fast-paced, exciting and collaborative environment where they can learn how to transform brands. As a fully immersed member of the team, you will participate in projects from start to finish, working side by side with design, strategy and implementation experts. Your assigned mentor and creative team will provide guidance and direction to develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.

We are looking for Juniors and Seniors majoring in graphic design or an equivalent discipline, as well as Graduate students and Alumni. Landor & Fitch offers paid internships that last approximately three to four months, depending on the time of year and school schedule/program. This position is based out of our San Francisco, CA studio in a hybrid model, but open to the possibility of remote work.

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 3 semesters or equivalent in their program and should have advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effect, with intermediate/exploratory skills in supplemental creative design software. Skills in Adobe XD and Figma are a plus. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote.

Landor & Fitch looks for students with stunning portfolios, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn as much as they can about design at a global agency level. Successful candidates will be knowledgeable and passionate about what Landor & Fitch does, aware of new trends and techniques, and be willing to jump into our work culture with a positive attitude and lots of flexibility.
